Dharma Holistic Therapies was established in 2010 to provide holistic therapies to people in Chester, Flintshire, Ellesmere Port, Helsby and Frodsham and anywhere inbetween.
My main objective is to help my clients take control of their own wellbeing. Wellbeing, or homeostasis, is achieved when the mind, body and emotions all work together in harmony. For example, have you noticed that when you become stressed for a long period of time, you begin to feel run down and soon become ill? Or that when you are ill, you become depressed? This is because the mind,body & spirit are not working together, but are each fighting their own issues individually rather than working together in harmony. The aim is to keep the balance just right so that wellbeing is maintained.
I am a fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (MFHT) and I am qualified to practice Indian Head Massage, TsuboKi Japanese Face Massage, Reflexology, Therma-Auricular Therapy, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stones Therapy and Reiki. I have completed my training so far at the Cheshire Massage Academy (CMA) in Cheadle Hulme and have been attuned to first and second degree Reiki with Reiki master Dee Kelsall of Greenhouse Therapies. VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Indian Head Massage
VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Health,Safety,Security and Employment Standards
VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology
Diploma in Hopi Ear Candling from CMA
First and second degree training and attunement in the Usui/Tibetan System of Healing (Reiki)
Diploma in Hot Stones Massage from CMA
VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Aromatherapy
I have also successfully completed a practitioners course in TsuboKi® Japanese Face Massage with the developer of this system of massage, Anne Parry, through CMA.

The Indian Dread Massage!
This is a specially adapted head massage for those with dreadlocks. I am learning some basic dread maintenance from a dread artist so that you can be confident that your precious locks won't get ruined during a treatment. As I am also a qualified Aromatherapist, I can also help you treat the evil "itchies" in a completely natural way as well as helping you to inprove your overall scalp health. Foot Reading
This course will give me more knowledge and skills when working with my Reflexology clients as well as allowing me to offer Foot Reading in it's own right.
